This landmark weekend marks a major step forward for Han Guk Mu Sool®, as senior Masters & School Owners comes together at our new HGMS Headquarters in Hastings to shape the future of our art.
Led by Chief Master Philip D. Holmes (9th Degree), the seminar offers a bold and thoughtful blueprint for standardising core elements of the HGMS curriculum. Joined by Chief Instructor Master John Gravenall (8th Degree) and Deputy Chief Instructor Master James Barker (6th Degree), this event brings together the association’s most senior minds in a shared mission: to raise standards, align principles, and deliver a stronger, clearer pathway for all students and schools.

The HGMS Training Vision, a new era of structured, educational martial arts
Standardisation of hand strikes, leg strikes, and blocks
