Cancellation Policy

Han Guk Mu Sool® Terms, Conditions, Cancellation & Refund Policy 1. Participation and Assumption of Risk By registering for and attending a Han Guk Mu Sool® activity, all participants acknowledge that martial arts training involves physical exertion and inherent risks. Every effort is made to provide a safe environment, but by taking part you accept full responsibility for any injury, accident, or harm that may occur. Han Guk Mu Sool®, its organisers, instructors, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained, except where required by law. 2. Medical Fitness Participants must be in suitable health to train and are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions to organisers. If unsure, seek medical advice before participating. 3. Children and Supervision Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents/guardians remain responsible for their child’s behaviour and wellbeing at all times. 4. Media and Recording The organisers may photograph or film the event for promotional and archival use in print, online, and social media. If you do not wish your child to appear, notify the organisers at check-in. Participants may not record or share training content without written permission, as all material is the intellectual property of Han Guk Mu Sool®. 5. Behaviour and Conduct Respectful conduct towards instructors, organisers, participants, and venues is expected at all times. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund. 6. Personal Belongings The organisers accept no responsibility for lost or damaged personal property. 7. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellations made at least 7 days before the activity: full refund. Cancellations within 7 days: non-refundable. If the organisers cancel, a full refund will be issued.
