Testing fees are non refundable once the applicant above is registered at their first National Black Belt testing.
Notes on Eligibility: Applicants may only apply with the permission of their School Owner. All application forms will be sent to your School Owner for their approval before being accepted.
Notes on promotion: Your school owner has the final decision on when you are eligible to promote and will submit a formal request to the Han Guk Mu Sool® Association. The Association will then check to ensure the minimum number of gradings have been completed and any penultimate testng check required has been passed. Candidates will be required to test at multiple National Testings until their School Owners submits a promotion request to the Association.
Liability: All Candidates entering into this Agreement, hereby waive, discharge, and covenant not to make any claims, charges or suits against Han Guk Mu Sool Ltd and any or all of their successors, assigns employees, owners, officers, instructors and related persons (collectively “releasee”) from all liability to the undersigned or its personal representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages and any claims or demands therefore on account of any injury, including but not limited to the death of the participant or damage to property, arising out of, or relating to the Black Belt Testing, even if such a claim arose due the acts, error or omissions of the releasee.
